    SD cards bad sectors

    Anyone know how they can be repaired any software that can do this?

    On a Windows computer the chkdsk command will do this. For example
    chkdsk <drive letter> /r
    chkdsk E: /r

    The /r command takes a lot longer, but isolates bad sectors and marks them as unusable. Hopefully will stabilize the card long enough to get whatever you need.
    If you have to operate your company behind the scenes or under a fake name, maybe it's time to leave the industry and start something fresh.
