    Dear Cornnuts,

We were not Down, Our CPANEL license distributor had some conflicts with CPANEL and we had to get that straight. No downtime was experienced at all.

Please contact our Support Team (http://support.wisehosting.net) in case of facing any issues.

    Thank You

You know, (hint, hint) we wouldn't have to complain here if wisehosting had a forum and support on a different machine to the client's sites, or even an email address hosted outside the system.

    Hi,

Guys it should be up soon, we had some issues during the upgrade of apaches due to the new PHP exploit.

    Sorry for the inconvenience.

    Thank You

    its back up,
Thank you for all your patience everybody.

And IT Hosting I believe /scripts/eacyapache causes many problems, its best to go through the LAYER1 for the php upgrade however we did not choose either way due to some internal issues.

    Thanks anyways.

We're working on it. Email is up and working properly.

We are upgrading the Apaches on all servers, and setting up scsi drives on some.

    Thanks Again

Any notices sent out for current customers to be notified? If not, I would start issuing credit to those who are experiencing downtime. Just friendly advise.

Most people will have custom settings for php/apache and compile it by hand, so running that above command is not as easy as you think.
