2Checkout's great! Kristin and Tom - Problem solving hero(ine)s
With all the negative feedback about 2Checkout lately I figure positive reassurance that they're a good company concerned about their clients is a good thing. Here's my story:
Over the past few weeks our 2checkout account handling all international card transactions decided on its own not to cash out and send us a cheque. Suffice to say there's a VERY substantial amount of money in the account that would benefit us if it were actually paid.
With our office residing in Canada this would have taken an additional 2 weeks to arrive and I was obviously a bit flustered. A quick search here for 2checkout's phone number returned a response from dhabets providing me with an 877 phone contact.
After waiting a whopping 5 seconds on the phone Tom picked up and explained to me he'd have the right people to call me back. Being a nice guy I'd offered ICQ as a free alternative to long distance calls and within minutes received a message from Don Mosely who in turn redirected me to Kristin Dach (she signs the cheques for 2Checkout). Kristin agreed to wire out the funds ASAP and I'm happy to say my problem was resolved within 30 minutes of the initial phone call.
So, to sum up this long story: If you're thinking of 2Checkout I'd recommend using them. If you're a 2Checkout customer having problems find out who to talk to and you'll be helped quickly. If you're complaining about 2Checkout you gave up on them too soon
