    hi, could i please get some help diagnosing this issue?

    i see my server load at 50+. i go into top and see about 50 instances of /usr/sbin/exim -bd -q180m.

    If i check tail -f /var/log/exim_mainlog it shows nothing out of the ordinary. clicking on mail queue looks normal- nothing out of the ordinary.

    what the heck is exim doing??

    It is probably spamming since you see 50 instances of those you need to enable logs for your exim you can do this by going into

    WHM -> Exim Configuration Editor -> advance editor

    The first box put

    log_selector = +all

    Then click save

    Then read tail /var/log/exim_mainlog -f

    You'll see it in more detail this should help you out.
