Webmin is setup and configured by our techs, this does not include making ftp/mysql/etc accounts. The vps is unmanaged.

Is the 5Gb AFTER the OS install or before? Also I may be interested in ordering for a year - do you do any discounts for yearly purchases? Lastly do you allow IRC on you VPS accounts?

5GB is your full VPS specs, this specs is not after OS install. For yearly purchases please contact us at support@vpsbyte.com. We do not allow IRC.

Can you confirm if stateful packet inspection is enabled on your VPS'es? I need fully functional connection tracking, no exceptions.

I've never dealt with stateful packet inspection, so if it doesn't come default in linux we don't have it installed. The vps is yours to edit, remove, and add software as you wish. The kernel is the only exception which is shared.

It's a kernel module required by iptables, and has to be enabled on the host server to function.
Please see this thread on the openvz forum regarding the issue.
If this is possible, please let me know, and I'll order right away.
Thanks

Since I have gotten no reply in 2 days, I'm assuming this is something you don't want to look into for a guaranteed new customer?

Sorry about that, I did not get an email for a new reply until today. IPTables is automatically configured, and you are able to access the vps remotely even when rebooted.
