Almost every Windows host supports mySQL with ASP.NET, it comes down to your budget, disk, and bandwidth requirements. Also, you may look into hosts with good support.

You should have no problem finding a host offering php, mysql and asp.net. Do you have disk space, bandwidth requirements?
