I have a question about filing a DBA with my local county clerk, well actually, several. I probably should be contacting a lawyer or the county clerk about this, but I figured it wouldn't hurt to ask here first.
I will be conducting business with somebody located in Iran, and they will be considered one of the higher-ups in the company if not a partner. I realize that this makes things a helluva lot more complicated for running a business, but is their name required to be on this form?
