Read carefully all of eNom's cool features and, as you're reading, keep in mind that eNom's had features like that longer than just about any other ICANN-approved registrar.
Then read carefully about eNom's reseller program and how, if you join it, you can resell domains using:
1) eNom's free reseller API which you customize yourself, wherein you do your own credit card processing, or,
2) eNom's free "Registry Rocket" interface wherein you can customize it with your own logo, pricing and feature set; and wherein eNom does the credit card processing for you; but wherein you cannot change the overall look, feel or behavior of the interface, or,
3) eNom's new $99-per-year "PDQ" interface wherein you can customize with your logo and you can control colors and which features are offered; and wherein you may offer virtually all of the same cool features that eNom offers; and wherein eNom does the credit card processing for you.
Then email eNom's sales department and ask for reseller pricing and decide what wholesale price level you want based on how much of an initial pre-paid bulk domain purchase you want to make (typically $500 initially invested gets you $8.95 per domain -- a larger initial investment gets that price down, but in no case lower than $6.95).
Or, if you want to get a lower price for a smaller initial investment, there are a few eNom resellers who would be willing to make you a reseller under their eNom reseller account. If you do that, you'll get every last one of the capabilities described above, but with a lower price than $8.95 (usually from $8.88 to maybe as low as $7.95) and an initial investment of maybe $100 or $125, depending on the reseller. And you wouldn't be a direct reseller customer of eNom but, rather, an indirect reseller customer via a direct reseller's eNom account. But that's not a liability, just a technicality.
There are other ICANN-approved registrars with pretty cool reseller programs. I'm sure others will chime-in with some suggestions. And you should examine all of them and make sure you're completely clear in your mind about the differences between them. I know I'll be challenged here on this statement, but, honestly, if you really do your homework and you break down all the features so that you're truly comparing apples-to-apples, I believe you'll find that eNom is the best product to be reselling out there. Or so it is my opinion.
