End user support
Hi,
Was looking around on the net for 2 days for a reseller account that features end user support. Hehe, so far found only one resellerzoom, guess I tat bad at searching.
Anyway, guess I give up searching on my own, and would like to know if anyone else here knows any other company that has an end user support for thier reseller account.
Linux or windows
Cpanel
Budget: No Prefrences
Thanks

Do you want your hosting company to provide tech support for your customers?

cPanel doesnt run on Windows. If you need a Windows account, you can consider Helm, Plesk, or H-Sphere

I believe that he/she is looking for a host that offers support to the reseller customers; I've never heard "end-user support" used in any other way. As gate2vn pointed out, cPanel (at this time) does not run on windows, but you state windows or linux, so you should be able to find a few linux hosts that offer cpanel with end-user support!
If you do a search here on WHT in this reseller forum for "end user" or "end-user," you should be able to pull up a few threads with some more options.█ Othio Hosting - Private-Label cPanel Reseller Hosting

When I first started into web hosting as a reseller I used ResellerZoom , but was very unhappy with their uptime. Things may have changed by now though, it's been a long time.

Not all of these companies are offering cPanel (although some of them are, and some are offering very similar alternatives). Some of them are running windows, others are running linux.
Please note that I am not listing these companies in any specific order. I also am not recommending any one of them in particular.
Best of luck in your search!

Thanks for the list Brendan Diaz and to all that reply! Cartikahosting looks promising, plus they got good reputation here in WHT.
Anyway, was looking at resellerzoom, the price is good but I am abit worried since when thier live sales is online I posted question and and waited for 15mins and no one seems to answer me, and they got both positive and negative review here. Really doubt thier live tech support is any better, but hey I have yet try them out. Maybe should apply the cheapest they got and try them out.
Again my sincere thanks to everyone

Yes indeed Cartika has excellent repuation here on WHT and alot of other review sites. You can also search for resellerzoom reviews http://www.webhostingtalk.com/search.php In addition, I am sure if you google them you will come up with some reviews on RZ.

The negative review you heard about resellerzoom most probably come from their "budget" plan...

there are lots of companies... are you looking for a company which will let your customers use their helpdesk, or one with live chat too, or something else?
Last time I checked futurehosting.biz offered that with their resellers and their helpdesk is on another domain. It's worth noting though, that should you be unhappy with the provider all your customers will have to visit a different URL... so you might want to look into the company thoroughly before using them (though experience serves that Futurehosting.biz is a very good company).
