A salary is usually a fixed amount. What is the salary for this position?

It looks like your salary is purely commision based. IE....there is no basic salary....

Exactly what I was getting at. A salary is a fixed number. (i.e. 10,000 40,000 etc.)

50% is not a salary, and not a legitmate job.

I have to make sure i'm going to get the customers in, it's pointless to pay someone if they not going to get me some paying customers, it would be just like flushing my money down the toilet

But that's not how real businesses operate - name me someone that works a salaried 9-5 that is not guarenteed a check? If things worked like you suggest, everyone would be offering people "sallaries" to bring in new customers.
