Mail recieving issue .. cant logon into incomming mail server


Cant Login onto incomming mail server
I just got my new dedicated server and i setup mail accounts on 2 servers but i am having error like not accepting my password or so.. Did anyone had this issue or any problems similar ? I know password is correct i made on 3 diferent websites logins on same server and same issue..

this is msg:


Task 'mail.hostname.com - Receiving' reported error (0x800CCC92) : 'Your e-mail server rejected your login. Verify your user name and password in your account properties. Under Tools, click E-mail accounts. The server responded: -ERR Login failed.'

1. does mail.hostname.com resolve correctly from your terminal to the mail server IP?

2. Are you login using full email account ?

Check your Outlook Express settings, making sure that the POP3 and SMTP servers are correct, and that your full username (your email address) and password are correct.

If you are still having problems, it could be that your password has somehow become corrupted
