As above, they seem fairly cheap at £20/yr. Does anyone have any experience of them?

Does seem quite cheap, you usually get what you pay for.

But from a quick search on the forum I found: http://www.webhostingtalk.com/showth...ight=qiq.co.uk although that is quite old.
