Any suggestion?
VPS solution or a dedicated server?
What CPU should i get and ram?

With your budget, you can easily get a VPS or a Dedicated Server.

I could not really tell you how much CPU and how much ram to get until I know your estimated traffic per day to the website.

IMO, if you don't know how to manage the server yourself, you should go for a fully managed VPS.

how busy are they? if it's not very busy, you can be fine with shared hosting environment
