Hey guys I just registered my domain with Godaddy and now I am at the point where I want to actually put some content on the page. How do I go about proceeding to this next step? Any help would be great!

Did you also buy hosting from godaddy? If not you just need to select a web host.

It all depends whether you have boight hosting with godaddy or somewhere else.
If you bouth from somewhere else, you need to point the name servers to your hosting name servers.
Then depending on the hosting that you have you can use either FTP to upload content or if they have a site manager then you could use that.

Step 1: Buy Domain
Step 2: Get Hosting / Host Yourself (not recommend unless you know what you're doing)
Step 3: Point nameservers to your hosting
Step 4: Create your website
