I need a semi-simple layout coded for a gamescript arcade I have.
The domain is ninjababe.com and thus the layout should reflect a ninja babe.
I do NOT want some half dressed ninja lady as this site is for kids.
The layout is going to be similar to another arcade of mine, but with a little more flair. PM me for the url along side your portfolio.
I would like it coded but is not a requirement. (Though you get paid a lot less for not coding)

Additionally, I am looking for a forum theme to go with the arcade design.
Budget is pretty flexible but have a set limit I'm not willing to go over
