What is your favorite response from your server management company?
Hi guys,
This topic maybe ironic, but since I am not saying any names I think I am not hurting anybody.
Sometimes I feel a little frustrated with some answers from some servers management companies or support companies.
So, maybe this is a good way to do some therapy and relax!
Here it's my first one:

I will look into this and update you shortly.

.....
Of course hours later... no response…
I am the only one?

You're not a customer of ours, there are no records, please stop requesting assistance. (Two e-mails prior, I had sent in my Customer I.D.)

They usually respond "We are currently consulting this issue with the data centre." after less than a minute of asking for assistance, then they disapear for while(usually 48 hours) and tell me that such issues are not included in my managment plan.

"We have escalated your issue." -- escalated to what? Ultra-Super-Duper Slow Response?!

We don't use server management (that's what we do), but here's one that a client of ours reported their former management company said:
"Server needs an OS reinstall"
Problem? Apache needed to be restarted.
