easy if it is a single db server and multiple webservers with no content just trying to spread http load. Gets progressively harder if you need to have persistent sessions. If it is just static webpages reading and writing from a db create a cluster with windows nlbs and have the web servers share the same virtual ip. It will do a reasonable job of balancing load itself out of the box with no additional software. Then just point each webserver at the db server as you would with a single connection.
