Their official website seems to be down. However, if this is PHP and you still have their original downloaded package, please send it here as an attachment and I will take a look at it, since I can no longer download it from their official site (nor from any sites - searched by google, since they all seem to refer to the manufacturer's site).
I wish I could follow your posted URL above there but ... it just tries to connect then nothing happends.

Ok, so cut the error_reporting line and paste it at the top of your <?php tag inside your index.php file instead. In the mean time, it would be wise to check your web error logs for more detailed info on what might be the source of the errors.
This is useless as the script is most likely written to supress errors and display its own where required (none displaying right?).
Make sure you follow all steps in the Readme.txt file, it sounds like it may be a database problem, double check the tables exist in PHPMyAdmin and if need be try reinstall and do everything from the beginning.
