Hi, I've being trying to run the apache pkg from the cobalt-aid.sourceforge.net site but I can not get it to work, it just seems to time out, so I have uploaded it to the server. How do you run it with ssh comandline?
Thanks ! is it normal that when I launch it via command line it says it's already installed but it does not show in the installed pkg program list?
I've installed the php4.1.2 package on the cobalt-aid site and it said I had to install a newer version of apache first.
Well it's a raq 3, I was looking in the CP. Well I went ahead and reinstalled it and I think that I have now mucked up part of apache.
I rearly don't understand :
The Cobalt CP at IP/admin does not work anymore but I have set up a site on it and it works but none of the extensions /admin or /siteadmin work anymore ! But openwebmail works for this domain, php still does not work. Any idea how I could get the cobalt CP up again?
I don't want to do a restore so I've got to work on it any try any possible solutions before this

When I do this (/etc/admserv/conf/httpd restart)
It says :

I think that this is why it is not starting... It doesn't make sence I didn't make a cert for any of the sites, what should I do?
Hi thanks but I've just visited the first file they say to modify and it doesn't need to be modified, shold I try and follow the rest of the instructions, or is my problem dufferent??
Also what user should the httpd.conf be set to? should it be something like "nobody" or "admin" or "apache"?
