I was very nervous because I had important data on those servers and had no clue when they are going down and if I even have time to backup everything.
Few hours after I got this Email One of their support guys contacted me saying that even if their provider is requiring them to remove those servers, they will not do it yet and won't let one of their customer unhappy until a proper solution will be found.
This is exactly what happened, in the past few days we have worked in order to get everything back on track with a very creative solution they've come up with.
Everything was backed up and restored just in time, although some of the stuff require extra fees, they took the fees on themselves until they saw everything is fully working and that I approved that I'm fully happy.
I am very satisfied and I don't think I ever encountered such a devoting, dedicated support and service, at least for this price.
I highly recommend them, they are trustworthy,reliable and very friendly, and will do everything to keep their customers happy.
Since it was problematic, they've contacted for me a different Data center that supply almost same thing, but only to do it with French citizens and that I wasn't able to order from, and also added it to their customer panel to make my life easier for payments ,and cancellations.
