Server hardware configuration recommendation

Hi.

I'm looking for hardware recommendations for a server, that will run a mail service supporting the following characteristics:

* Up to 5,000 mail user accounts
* SMTP/POP/Webmail (Squirellmail)/Antispam/Antivirus
* Ensim based user management application
