    Business Software

Maybe you guys can help me.

Iím looking for software that I can keep track of my new and current clients.

With that in mind, I want something that will prompt me when the next invoice is due, so I donít have to retype the same invoice each year.

Something that will keep track of expiry dates on hosing accounts.

Iím having a hard time finding a piece of software that will manage account information for me. I run into issues where I forget to invoice clients and they are 2-3 months past due. Most of my clients pay via cheque on yearly basis.

What are you guys using and what you would recommend I should try.
    Thank you for your input.

Well there are many automation programs that work with your control panel system, such as WHMAutopilot or ModernBill.

If you're doing things by hand now perhaps something like QuickBooks would help. I use it for my design clients and other non-hosting billing.

Or there are sites like BlinkSale.com that let you invoice clients via sending them an invoice formatted email.

    Yes, nothing like modernbill etc,

It is mostly manual invoicing, but let say I have a customer sign up for 1 year, and the expiry is 01-Jan-2005 he made payment for this.

I input paid, it should automaticly make an invoice for another year and promp me on the next invoice due date.

I'm currently doing everything by hand, I have too many customer to keep track of right now manually, and I'm looking for solutions. Especially when they expire.

I will give quickbooks a try.

I'd say give www.blinksale.com a try as well, they have a free account you can explore their service in, and overall it's pretty affordable.

I just checked you can set it up recurring billing.

This would be perfect if it was for Windows.

Something like that software but for Windows.

Do you mean blinksale? It's a web site, you simply use it online.

    Yyes,

But I rather have it on my own machine.
So anything for Windows would be great.
