I work for a large company's telecom team, and need to find some software that will do the following:
1. send out surveys.
2. take trouble tickets.
3. be hosted by that company.
I was about to purchase a Pro version of QuestionPRO (www.questionpro.com) until I realized that we should probably integrate a helpdesk into this as well - so that should give you an idea of what I'm looking for.
