To be honest, I think all of the shared hosting industry has gone down the drain. It is all about price now, and not about quality.
Totally agree! I think that overselling is killing this market. The reason is because some of these providers have plans that are astronomical in terms of bandwidth, space and cheap price, and most consumers expect the world from customer service and support. Well when they don't get what they expect, they jump from host to host to host and still don't learn a lesson.
The best quote anyone could say in a situation as such is "You get what you pay for"
