I have a DirectAdmin VPS which I just upgraded to centOS 4.4. After the upgrade, Apache won't start and neither will named. Apache was upgraded from 13.3.3 to 2.0.x. Why won't it start and how can I fix this?

Using direct admin to start it just tells me an error occured...
