i ordered 1 server here and it took 10 days for give me root details, they refuse give me refund and they dont give root details, seems like the servers are shared, anyway i lost 192 usd but i learn my leason...anyway u can try them thats just my 2 cents
Your root details were sent and you confirmed this; we have numerous emails from you with the root details that are included. We are not refusing to give you a refund, but by opening a dispute with PayPal for a full refund now that your services are rendered is breaking your contract and breaching our Terms of Service. Since you refuse to reply to our emails and phone calls, we would like to inform you that legal restitution will be followed for this.
u didnt send me root details, that details are for user like a shared server, i open the paypal dispute cause i sent 100 emails asking login details and u never answer me plus when i ask u a refund u deny to give it..then dont tell lies
Those were root details; they are for the administrator's level of DirectAdmin.
Not only do you continue to exaggerate (100 emails is not the same as two) but your language used in your PayPal dispute is extremely inappropriate and unprofessional.
We have already contacted PayPal so to ensure your understanding that purchasing a server is, indeed, a physical good and we may retain pictures of your particular server. Again, you are breaching our TOS by attempting to receive a refund AFTER your service was rendered.
