How much experience do you have in the web hosting industry?
Who is going to handle the server administration?
Do you have a business plan?
Are you going to be working full-time on this or do you plan on doing this part time?
> How much experience do you have in the web hosting industry?
4 years with shared and 1,5 years with VPS businnes. Worked on Virtuozzo, VMWare and OpenVZ.
I have one tech who is MCSE and another is good on Linux distros and cPanel.
We have experience with the businnes in support side and handling a company but our investments arentenough to handle lots of customers and servers.
> Who is going to handle the server administration?
We will do it but if you have experience with it, you can join the support side
and can handle it with us.
> Customer support?
Again we will do it but you can join us in support side.
> Do you have a business plan?
Need clarification here. Will be glad to answer if you supply one.
> Are you going to be working full-time on this or do you plan on doing this part time? Full time working. We have no chance to do another job were born to create VPSs and making this biz.
> Also, is there a guaranteed ROI?
Nothing have guarantee in this field you know. With a good advertisement and great
offers + service, we are sure will do good. This is why we are looking for investors
for handling advertisement, license fees, server fees etc. If you have enough budget
to support the advertisement side, we will work harder and will make the company better.
Please let me know if you have another questions. I will be glad to reply them.
If you have another questions or intend to join us, please contact via email. I can't check forums often.
Just curious on one thing. To those that have already posted in this thread and others, what would be a good ROI on something this size? Would it end up being a % of things in the future, or just a flat $ return. I've always thought about picking up a couple investors but I never knew really what I would be expected of with one and always tried to stay away form them. Thanks.
Stick to the point, the guy has posted looking for investors and wasn't looking for your opinion or anyone elses.
Its up to the individual investor to decide if this is a worthy investment or not.
Given that it is a community forum people tend to express their opinions and more so clarifying that he does in fact know what a business plan is and has one is critical to most investors especially with a startup

I agree with the abobve your not stating and your signature "You want more money? We are waiting for you!!" why if you need an investor why put that as we know its always going to be in the red for months to come so its a no for me sorry
I am looking for partnersship with you. Please send me details via PM.
Dont look at the above, they have all talked about different things that you are looking for
When I am planning to do a job, Knowing server-administrative and sales ability is more important than knowing "whats biz. plan" Because I understand,
investor can handle the biz. plan or other jobs if he wants (I got this from the message) and I know howto do it :-)
