    How to update php

    I have a plesk server. My question is how do i update php to a new version?

    With what a command, maybe with up2date or rpm? How can i update my php 4.2.3 to 4.4.4?

    Thanks guys.

    Use up2date if you are using RHEL
    Code:
    up2date php
    Or use yum if you are using CentOS,FC
    Code:
    yum update php
    Restart httpd after upgrade

     service httpd restart

    Yes i use RHEL.

    I did the command as you said:
    up2date php

    Then it said:

    The following packages you requested are already updated:
    php

    But when i type
    php -v

    I still shows 4.3.2 and i really need at least 4.3.3 for installing Vbulletin.
