Interesting that you say you have 100% uptime yet your site and stats show otherwise - http://www.swizi.com/about-us.html

    Webhostingstuff
    2006 October 98.43 % Good 1 587 mins

Might need to reword that and I would suspect that you owed alot of money to people if you honored your SLA.

Sorry - my previous post - I was actually looking at your site - other than the downtime issue - may I ask what is your normal response time on support tickets?

Strange pick in numbers but what works for one simply works.

Do you have any URLs of hosted sites you can offer as examples of speed, specifically ones that have forums?

I've really been meaning to get rid of WHS because their uptime monitor, well it sucks.

If you look at siteuptime you can see the real uptime http://www.siteuptime.com/stat.php?UserId=56636 I'll get WHS to fix it later.

If it was down for 587 minutes, I would owe a lot of money yes, but it wasn't down, thankfully.

As for average response time - 15 minutes. Guaranteed response within 3 hours though.
    Tech is on 24/7/365

Actually I'd really just like a site or two that you are hosting so I can see real world performance. If the site(s) had a forum that would be a bonus. for my application latency will be the killer, not throughput, so a file won't help me too much.

It's something I can't do sorry, clients privacy, I can't tell you unless they ask me to, or allow me.

http://www.swizi.com/status/ is the current status of the server. Still trying to get the load and swap used fixed. And distro.

I realize it's important to protect your clients privacy... but you should realize it's incredibly easy to figure out limited information through public sources and trial and error...

    Name: www.swizi.com
    Address: 70.47.138.174
    Netblock: 70.47.138.128/25

Pinging or putting random IPs of that range in a web browser would get him the information he wants.

Nope, not unless he knew the clients username, or if the client was on a dedicated IP.

But otherwise, yes it is easy to find websites hosted on IPs, servers, DNS, etc.
