Why choose INX?

Our 'intelligent hands' are INX staff, not like the majority of providers, through shared datacentre staff. You can use this for basic troubleshooting, changing of your machine's RAM / hard disks. Additional blocks of 20 minutes are £9.99 + VAT during office hours, and £19.99 + VAT out of office hours.

Our co-location service is built on the huge success and rise of our game server brand. INX-Gaming- one of Europe’s largest gaming providers. We have staff in onsite offices (thus 30 seconds walk to the data floor!) 9am-9pm, Monday - Friday, 12pm-6pm Saturday. Out of hours we have an engineer on 24/7 call, a maximum 20 minutes from the datacentre. During office hours, we have helpdesk and phone support, manned by experience Windows and Linux technicians. Out of hours, you will be able to each us via phone, thus 24/7 phone support. Over time (6-12 months), we are planning to add more onsite staff, in order to have engineers, onsite 24/7. We feel this is a very strong point to our company, as the majority of co-location providers are based hours away from their facilities, often having resold racks, where they have to arrange access to get into the datacentre. As we've grown, we've experienced this first hand. Having our technicians onsite during office hours, and on call, only down the road 24/7, allows us to respond rapidly when you need help, and you need it fast.

These are limited time offers due to suite space being available in our suite. We're rapidly filling this allocation and with business class support at low prices, these offerings will not last long..
