    Please I need help now

    Hello..

    I signed up with integrahost.com for reseller plan named RS-1..

    in my first 12 hours i faced many problems and i asked them to cancel my account..
    and they told me that they will fix the problem, and this is just a normal problems coz this is my first time i use WHM..
    and they told that they will be my friend and will help me and will fix the problems..
    any how the problems fixed but after two days i asked the to transfer an account to teir server sure under my account..
    and they did..
    but i had a problem with Ip..
    i told them that i have a problem with th Ip address , and and they told me i must buy dedicated Ip..
    i told them that i have a dedi Ip..
    but i want to use it on that site, and they gave me a link to cpanel.. http://www.cpanel.net/docs/whm/

    and after i read how i can chage IP i lof into my WHM and i didn't found the IP's Icon..
    i told them about it,, and they told me , only they can change IP..

    and they told me also to give them the details
    i did give them the details, and till now
    the website having an error
    64.27.5.229/cpanel/

    i told them about that issue they told me it need 24 hours
    after 24 hours i told them that the error didn't fixed yet and they said it need around 24 to 48 hours

    and after three days i submited a ticket..
    they told me that the domain is not pointed to their server,
    i told them i know coz i repointed to the old Name server and
    and told them that the problem is not with the DNS and i told them log into 64.27.5.229/cpanel/
    and see by yourself

    anyway this problems still till now
    and i faced a problem also with them from the my second day
    it's with WHM packages
    i created packages and they not appear when i want to creat a new account..
    and told them and they told me it's a cpanel bug..

    and till now it not fixed yet

    so please i want to cancel my account and get my money back
    any one can help me??? I sign Up and paid for one years

    It looks like they have a 14 day money back guarantee, you should be fine with that aslong as you are within your money back period. Have you asked them for your money back yet? If so, what did they say?

    from the first day i asked them how i can cancel my account..

    and the sales guy told me that he will give me more them 14 day money back garantee

    and i after 13 days i told them that i want to cancel my account , and this is my last choice..
    and after that they didn't reply, they completley ignored me

    Well regardless if they ignored you or not. You submitted your cancellation notice before the 14 days was up. If you followed their policy regarding cancellation then you are more than in your right to receive your FULL refund.

    in live chat the sales team told me that they don't have the access to cancel my account..
    there are only one person and he is not available..
    i add him to my MSN and he always buzy and ildle
    and i even send to him mails..
    but no one aswer

    I don't think it's time to panic yet, sounds like they just have a few people in their operation and the guy that does that just hasn't got to it yet. That is one of the problems with small companies run by a couple of knuckleheads. Give them some time.

    Yeah.. to be honest i think u should try and get your money back.. best thing to do init? Than you can move host etc.

    Give it a bit longer. You have the email stating when you signed up and you have a sent copy of the cancellation notice which is what you will need when you and if you have to prove your claim to either this provider or if no response, to your credit card when you request a charge back.

    Agreed with jerret, you have the documents or copies stating you wished to cancel, I am sure you will be ok in getting your money back.

    And if they don't give you your money back, maybe contact your bank to do a chargeback!! if paid via paypal open a dispute with them

    Thanks for you advices..
    i sent them mail and i told them that if tonight they didn't cancel my account and give me my money i'll go to my bank for chargback, and to claim the money..

    i'll tell you what will happen..

    and anyhow, thanks god that i lost only 190$ and thanks god that signedup for reseller plan not for dedicated server!!

    coz i like to pay annually..
    but i had learn the lesson..
    i know my finger are not the same , but for my own saftey..



    and maybe i lost 190$ but they lost me for ever..

    You will have to be at their back to get your money back. Did you use your credit card to pay? If so then tell them you will call your credit card company and dispute the charge.

    i did go to the bank but they told me hello you are in Lebnanon, and we don't know what is chargeback means!!!)
    So , they can do nothing,
    and a person who works in the bank told me that he have cousin some one stoll from him about 230$ and he can't claim the money!!

    yes this is Lebanon ...

    and i will say it again, maybe i lost about 190$ but they lost me!!!
