Block users using SFTP from going above there home directory?

I require SFTP (or will once this and SFTP running on a seperate port from SSH is done) logins for my VPS for me friends/family. I am running SFTP using rssh to only allow SFTP/SCP access so they don't have full SSH access. I have a LiquidWeb VPS running CentOS 3.x and cPanel Stable. Without cPanel throwing a tantrum about it, how do I prevent users using SFTP from going above their home folder (like FTP)?
