It seems that Rackspace.com is provider and their domain name is registered from 2000.

They don't seem to provide reseller account and if you consider what about Custom branding of yourself and some other interfaces like WHM?

And it isn't mentioned that you can host unlimited domains in their first plans

Have you tried looking for reviews on this here on WHT? You can try at http://www.webhostingtalk.com/search.php you may find some reviews that will prove to be very helpful. In addition, you also may want to check out various review sites like WHReviews.com They provide great information on web hosting providers.

They seem to only provide plesk which sometimes can be a hassle. Also it says that you can host up to 30 domains which is kind of small for a price like theirs.
