Incase you have not noticed - WHMAutopilot has FINALLY changed their site to actually reflect they have a new product. Have anyone experimented with their new V3 that they claim to be stable and out of beta? I would be interested in getting anyone's pro's / con's reflecting the product and if it can even compete with the market today.
I have used V3 and V3, It been long with since they update site, if your going with them, understand that there development is so slow. It will take them age to release next update. we have move from WHMAP to MB.
I wasn't planning really to go with them - just curious what people thought about them and how much of a chance they have to compete in the market anymore. I feel bad for them because they were the next thing to MB back in the day but their move to V3 and the delay and buggy nature of the product knocked them out - and gave room for other competitors like Uber and CE which are now better products.
Im trying to figure which i want ot go with right now hehe, switched back to WHM AP V2 from Modernbill, i just find WHM AP being more user friendly and usable for shared&reseller, yet id liek to hear some opinions as well on WHM AP V3 im not a big fan of the order page design and hear its still buggy? can tbe as buggy as Modernbill V5
We are fully aware of the acceptance of the different order system v/s the V2 order system.
The main confusion we have seen is caused by the buttons, not the actual flow. There are still 5 steps to complete the order but, the labels have confused.
The layouts I am currently working on should resolve the "what to do next" scenario that I am seeing mentioned alot when it comes to the V3 order style.
For those skeptical, I will be putting up a handful of demo layouts of V3 that will be available for download for anyone to use ( /skins ). These demos will include dedicated servers, VPS servers, and two layouts for shared hosting. These layouts will have all files included ( images and skin files ).
While the start of V3 may have been rocky, I feel comfortable in stating that we are moving back into the right direction and hopefully back to the market ranking that we once held with V2. I admit, by trying to accomodate many requests at once did overwhelm and cause the system to lose touch with the base ( simplicity = more sales = more money to the host ), we are moving back to that with the order system and would appreciate those watching, to try out the demos and let me know your thoughts.
I still listen to ever comment, although it may seem like alot come it at once, I still take each one to serious thought and see when, if, how and what can be done to make it work for all that need it to work.
Appreciate the thoughts, positive or negative, it's how we learn and grow.
I used Modernbill, CE and WHMAP. I found WHMAP V3 to be by far the best. V3 didnt have an update for a few months, but it now seems to be moving in the right direction. There were two recent updates and hopefully more soon to come. The system is close to being fully "functional". By functional I mean, fully automated with no major bugs. Right now it gets the job done quite nicely, but there is still work to be done.

Can't demo (or order) 3.x at the moment, at least their website's not letting it happen.
there development is so slow.
That would be bad. With a billing/ support client, you need the best support you can get out there, otherwise, who knows what's happenin there.
