Does anyone know how to create a mailing list, or newsletter with cpanel?

If you login to the cPanel part of the account, Mail then Mailing Lists. Fill out the details and then it will put you into the mailman interface to setup the list how you want it

Thanks but I was looking for some the ways certain websites just have a form, saying "Join my mailing list" with a space on the form to put in their email address,(Is there a way of amending mailman to do just that)? or cpanel overall?
