Liaisons can fly and lift heavy objects. Some have X-ray vision as well.
The link given is what you were looking for.0

The Community Liaisons are forum-specific moderators and are hand picked from applications we have received. They are dedicated to managing a specific forum or set of forums within the community. They do not have vBulletin Administrator access or forum-wide moderation control. However, they can easily escalate issues to Community Leaders as required.
The reason I asked is I have a problem with a certain Liason and I have no idea why he was hand picked in the first place. I'm not the only one. What do I do to bring this to the attention of the powers that be?
Shall I start a petition or make a website?
By the way, don't worry... it's not you Bear, I actually like you loads0

lol...if it were me, judging by some of the fan mail I've been getting lately you'd get some signatures on that petition.
If you need to reach the leaders only with a complaint, just open a helpdesk ticket and choose "contact administration" as the department. Only the leaders see that one.0

Ironic, but I don't have mod access in this one, so I can't.
