I dunno if its even the right section of the forum to use, but here it goes.
Not much to talk about, everyone prolly gets them... those stock "updates". Some has been nice enough to use my domain for thier spam attack on the world. My host says unless I wanna go and unplug his computer I've got nothing I can do about it.
I'm constantly getting 10+ return emails a day from either over quota or no user daemons.
I know its not my computer, or whimpy passwords or anything I've been thru cP a dozen times thinking it was something I've done. Just being nosey to see if anyone else has had something like this happen to one of thier domains... how you might have stopped it, dealt with it or at least send all this damn returned mail to the blackhole.
It's common. The only thing you can do is to stop accepting mail to those addresses. If you're using a "catch-all" for your mail, stop. Set the default address to ":fail:No such address" (no "quotes") and only forward/accept mail to addresses you actually use. That doesn't stop it, but it does prevent you having to receive them.
