All down from over here as well, and has been for a couple hours now. I checked my e-mail to see if there was any posted outages (seemed possible being an early sunday morning), but nothing sent to me. Hopefully they are aware of the situation and working on it. I checked out other servers @ the GNAX datacenter but they were working fine so the problem seems to be only with Tektonic.
Yes we are aware of the problem. We are trying to work on it, but GNAX is being very unresponsive -- no one answers the phone and their ticket system is down. I'm not sure if any of that effects why our entire network there is down. I am getting intermittent pings of 1600ms+ from our router and normally rely on their support for major network issues such as this (as from my angle it's not a problem with us at all -- it appears to perhaps be a DoS to the network segment of theirs we are on).
I have reports from support staff that last night a host node had problems that required a reboot. If you contact support they would have informed you of this quickly. Also, we have 24x7 live chat on our website where you can gain instance access to a support engineer to check on the status of any outages and find out whether is may be isolated to your specific VPS or to a host node.
