what control panel are you using? Normally reseller does not have backup for those configurations and account. You have to do it manually.

If you're using WHM/cpanel, then you need to log into each of your cpanel accounts, and download the Full Cpanel backup, for each domain, to another location.

yeah you have to do a full backup for each one of your domains accounts in each of their control panels.
