Problemo - Connection Time Out when I try to access my site

Title pretty much says it. Yesterday it seems as though my site, which had only been up for like 3 days was hacked, but nothing (to my knowledge) was changed except the index. After that I could log in and everything was fine, however last night and all of today I have not been able to access the site, cPanel or FTP, but everyone else can. When I go to the URL it comes up as "The Connection Has Timed Out". It seems as though I am the only one unable to do these things. My host checked and the hacker did not ban my IP or anything else. I immediately changed my password as soon as I found out I was hacked, but I dont think that has anything to do with it.

The site is www.thebassdrum.net and you should be able to see the index which is now the hackers logo or whatever, but it should be a forum site.

Any help would be GREATLY appreciated.

    Matt

Can you ping it or get it to resolve via command line?

As you said, I can access your site as well.

What happens if you try to access it via IP?

When I ping it I get:

    Request timed out.
    Request timed out.
    Request timed out.
    Request timed out.

    Packets: Sent=4 Received=0 Lost=4 (100% lost)

When I try FTP I get:

    Connected. Waiting for response.
    ERROR: connection aborted

Ask to your host if their firewall is not blocking your IP.

Check with your host it is your IP address that is blocked.

Ok, new delevopment in the case.

My host reset my account (Im not sure if that made a difference). But I can view my site on AOL, however still not on Firefox (my main browser) or IE.

Tried it. No luck. And I also forgot to mention that I still cannot login through my FTP.
