I have a client who would like an adult website created, i have no objection creating it for him,the client cannot fund the entire cost of the site on his own and has asked if i can create the site and have a cut on the sales of the site,i have told him that i am interested( i dont really mind doing it bse its going to be vey easy), however,im not sure how to go about with the contract,if there is anyone out there who is in such dealings, please tell me what % you agreed with the client...I am also going to host the site ( im a reseller), Is there anywhere i can get some more information on such contracts,
If this guy can not afford to pay for the site to be built, he prob aint gonna be able to afford to advertise it to make money,
Just a thought

LOL, from the way I see it ---> (Client - $$$ - adult business experience - webdesign skills) x Sales % = Nothing = 0 = Nada = You - Time + Fed up + Headaches + Useless website - $$$ (from lost hosting client)
You might as well just build the website for yourself and start your own adult business. If you build it for him and it doesn't work out are you gonna sue him just for a few hundred to a couple thousand bucks, specially over an adult website? If the business goes well is he gonna really gonna give away money happily? People don't even like to pay taxes so you might want to think about that.
If, for some reason you are still looking to go ahead, you will be operating on trust, rather than that of a contract.

what exactly is your "partner" going to provide for the busyness?
is he providing the pictures and videos?
and if so, is that material 100% his, or has he stolen the material?
If he can not afford a host, then how could he pay for the videos and pictures, and models?????
It does sound fishy that this person can't pay for his own hosting needs to start with. I'm guessing that this "business" of his will be some affiliate programs for xxx-material. This is what it sounds like to me anyways.
So, I think that you should stay away from this "client", Safari.
