The offer you're referring to from dedibox-international.com probably won't last long, and if it does, will likely perform worse than the cheap and overloaded 100mbit unmetered providers that we're all used to in the US.
On this provider's webpage, they indicate that their offers were only available to French customers until recently. Their upstream provider (sivit) has traffic distribution which can be seen at http://www.sivit.net/weathermap/ - you can easily see that a significant volume of their traffic is peered. When these guys start pushing lots of transit bits toward abovenet and teleglobe (and less toward peers), sivit will likely increase their pricing per-megabit to dedibox and they'll either raise prices, oversell more (ick), or go out of business. This change in traffic distribution is pretty much inevitable by selling to non French customers.
My remarks are not meant to pick on this company, rather, they echo the same things that we've all seen happen to all of those "too good to be true" offers on WHT.
Now selling BigVPS's! Jacksonville Colocation and dedicated servers by colo4jax
We are *not* a reseller. We own our servers, switches, routers and racks.
Dedibox is run by a French ISP, which means it can get as much bandwidth as it wants.. all servers are hooked up to the 30gbit network they have right now. Its pretty good service for the price though..
