What kind of people work at your company? Obviously shady ones.
Solutions are hard to come by for this type of thing; we faced a similar dilemma with demo Xbox 360's at the store where I work. We ended up just giving up and having a 20GB hard drive off of one of the Premium 360's being stolen. Inevitable, I guess... even with the security cables, people just cut them and run off with them with the alarm sounding. Stupid thieves.
We had a somewhat similar dilemma in a class once, and our only solution was that some of us went to the metal shop and made a steel casing that almost entirely encasted the laptop in metal, except for the screen, keyboard, mouse, and ports.
Added a lock onto the back of it so it couldn't be opened without a key, and it seemed to have worked fine.
As for a ready-made solution for you, I'm not quite sure what's available. I know places such as RadioShack have solutions similar to what I stated, could look around those or something?
I'd say ask local computer shop as to where they bought their metalic frames that they use for their laptop displays. It's usually a beam across the flip point and a few slaps of metal that makes it so that the laptops cannot physically be moved anything more than a few cm's.

Use a docking station
Unbelievably, almost 40% of laptop theft occur in the office. Poorly screened housekeeping staff, contractors, and disgruntled employees are the usual suspects. You can help prevent this by using a docking station that is permanently affixed to your desktop and has a feature which locks the laptop securely in place. If you are leaving it overnight, or for the weekend, lock your laptop in a secure filing cabinet in your office and lock your office door.
Thanks everyone. The link that Lauren provided is pretty much what I was looking for.
It was also suggested that we enclose the entire laptop with the exception of the screen and just use an external keyboard and mouse to protect any damage from spills, etc. I was unable to find something link that but it may need to be custom made.
