there is a gentleman by the name or i think mr green that comes to these forums every so often and posts BIG news regarding 2checkout so I am assuming he is above and beyond the support people listed above.. you might want contacting him.. in some way..
They have some serious problems and I experienced it myself. It took them over a MONTH to issue a refund they were supoposed to do within 3 to 7 days. I sent them several emails but nothing moved. When I finnally ask for Mr. Homewood to contact me or I will fill a claim against them... suddently they contacted me !
Over that it costed me the interests, time loss and fees from calls to my cell phone from them and from me to call them. They told me it was THEIR mistake due to a technical problem, but they doesn't want to pay for the fees I had to go through because of THEM.

My feeling about them is not good. They may have a good service when it comes to open an account. But my experience with them shows that if a problem occur, they won't consider your losses regarding the issue even if they admit that the problem is on their side !!
