I just signed up for a server at Burst.net yesterday. Got it today, and boom, already dead. I'm getting 75% packet loss and cannot connect well enough to do anything. This seems to include their entire network. I cannot connect to my server, the Burst.net site or Nocster.net.
Anyone know what is up. Email is not getting answered...
Actually uptime, network, and support have continued to improve over the past few years.

Being a customer with burstnet for the past 3 years, I've been overall very satisfied with their support team, just be professional and courteous to them and you shall receive the same, on the phone or chat or helpdesk tickets and so on.
