There is no such thing as "the best", people have different needs. A host that I would rate "one of the best" because of the services they provided to me, someone else could rate them "bad, not so good" because of issues, communication problems or just "it wasn't what I was looking for".
There's only: "Who's one of the best for me?"
A good host is more than uptime, its knowledable support, quick response time, and true care.
Of course, I agree with you. Greeeb reported problem with server uptime that's the reason why I suggest to look for some uptime comparison. Anyway as soon as he will find some host with good uptime there will be necessary to consider support reliability, features, price etc.
