I have never heard about this company but some people posted their experience online: http://www.dotnetfreaks.com/Reviews....4301&CatID=521

Try to search for "e-insites reviews" in search engines you will find some useful content.

I never heard of them, the domain was created in 2003 so I'm assuming they had an online presence for three years; although I could be wrong.

well their site claims to be in biz since 1997 so it might just be a renewal date of the domain.

Just as a note, this person is a customer of ours and has been since 6/14/2003 Over those three years obviously there have been issues since they are on a reseller server that is a shared server. I have addressed every problem they have ever had.

Each time this person has any problem they send me private messages and I respond to them. They threatened me in their last private message to take their concerns public if I did not disclose whether we were profitable, going bankrupt, and how many people worked for us. I responded and told them it was not really any of their business to ask questions like if we were bankrupt and that I do not appreciate being threatened. I can understand their concerns because some of their tickets in the last 3 days were not answered in a timely fashion, but we took care of the issues that were happening on the server. The server was mail bombed with dictionary spam for catch-alls causing the email to backup with over 100,000 messages in the queues, and we eventually got them to go through.

After much thought and reviewing all tickets from this customer, I decided it was in our best interest to ask them to find a new host. The customer IS ALWAYS RIGHT, and I have lived by that credo from the day this business started back in 1997. We are not the largest web host out there, but we are not small either. We have hundreds of servers at our datacenter and we pride ourselves on our service. Places like webhostingtalk.com do a great credit to web hosts and web hosting customers, but using it as a stiff arm tactic is really not what it is intended for. We have many satisfied customers, obviously we have to have many or we would not be in business for almost 10 years now. We have had some bad reviews on here an if you look at them I took care of all the problems, we have had bad reviews other places as well, but at the same time we have also had good reviews as well. We do not play the game that many do in begging our customers to go around the net posting great reviews for us, because in all honesty those types of tactics usually come back to haunt hosting companies when they do not live up to their own hype.

I know I will probably get slammed for asking a customer to find another host, but in business one must make tough decisions, and I decided to take this one on in this way so that I do not constantly have to worry about being threatened in this way again.

We actually started new people last week. The Spokane market is hard to find good tech staff, we have been through quite a few over the years . The new people are doing really well so far.

webuyhosts - The Datacenter is out here is expanding, there is a new building going up next door and its planned for a July 1st 2007 opening. So we have some new and exciting stuff going on out here.

    Angry

Well I'll be... so you are making me sound as the bad guy here huh?

I never planned on letting anyone here know about my ordeal with you, I just needed information concerning your company, since there is no response from your support, I asked what is going on over there and you all just shrugged it off.

And you say it's none of my business? my clients are in your server, who the hell are you to tell me it's none of my business to know how stable you are doing? If the supplier is going down, it is my responsibility to worry for my clients and find them the best solution.

And you say we might as well move? you think I dont want that? Im stuck in your server because only your company offers cwipanel, and i can't migrate all the client's databases, permissions, and emails without outrageous trouble.

I get about 1 to 2 support problems with you almost everyday, stat problems, permission problems, email problems, website viewing problems..

I know I am not the only one having problems with you, a lot of other customers are complaining the same thing. It's even in your forum, before you took it down.

Thank you for confirming the level of your service and support, and the kind of people running it. Rest assured I will have to find ways to move my clients out your server asap, hopefully you won't shut down my services just because you have a personal grudge in my honest opinion of your services!

that might have something to do with the fact that E-Insites created cwipanel.

nettigritty, what are you implying with that article ?

that my demands are outrageous? and I am doing some unfair advantage?

I have my own experience with kranky customers and I personally dont agree that the customer is always right.. however, my technical matters and the delay of support with this company already caused me several losses with very angry clients. I have hundreds of support tickets to vouch for that.

I guess no one in this thread believes me, well that is fine with me. God knows the truth about my ordeal with e-insites, and some day that truth will come out.

My only concern now is to move out and be done with the lot of you.

    Hi Scout,

That was directed at Alvin's "The customer IS ALWAYS RIGHT", unrelated to your "demands".

It's your right to ask and his choice to respond how he feels is suitable, from their point of view.

I have no problem with Scout, he has been a customer since 2003. the only thing I have a problem with is using this forum as a tool to threaten people. He responded to me via private message and apologized, and I am fine with that.

I will be honest and say he is not the only unsatisfied customer we have. We are not very small and have been around since 1997 so we have many customers and obviously not every single customer will think we are the best host. To sum it up, Reseller Hosting on a windows server is tough, with the advent of Windows 2003 application pools we have been able to cut down on downtime with all of our servers by making application pools for each reseller and making sure no one resellers pool can use all the resources on the server. The resellers that have problems with us, are the ones that usually have many sites and have pools that keep hitting their limits. There is not much we as hosts can do about that excpet for being generous and allowing some resellers more than their share of resources if we have extra resources on the server.

In regards to our forums, the reason it was taken offline has nothing to do with complaints. We had some complaints in there and all were dealt with, we also had compliments. We took it offline because the PHPBB is being spammed with all sorts of viagra and other drug ads and even after our upgrade and security settings changes that are suggested by PHPBB we still get this type of spam, so we are developing our very own, and until its done the forums will be offline.
