Website having weeklong outages only from a small number of users

Our church website http://tucsontabernacle.com/ (at the moment I am being told it is working fine) is having outages that can last as long as a week only a very small portion of users. The large majority of users seem to access it just fine but weíve had some consistent feedback from a few users that they canít access it. Iím thinking this is an ISP block being done on the entire server (no sites on the server can be accessed from the effected computers it appears). Is there such a thing? If so how would this be fixed? I donít just want to move hosts necessarily if it isnít their issue (like some of the top is telling me to do right now Ė could get expensive).

Itís becoming hard to track because the people that take in the complaints/feedback arenít willing at the moment to ask details about what the user is using or has. I have only had one user that we can get some details from (and that has been limited too). Is there any other things at the moment I could do figure this out.

Check out that report and the errors/warnings it gives for your nameservers.

Don't worry about the "Open Nameservers" one, though.
