How do I synchronize emails from outlook 2003 to webmail (server)? I have thousands of emails in outlook I wish to synchronize over to the server.

An IMAP server would be a good start. Outlook certainly supports it, and your WebMail might too.

The best solution is to use an Exchange 2003 server along with OWA (Outlook Web Access) for webmail.

Of course if you do not have the resources to do this, consider a solution such as http://www.mail2web.com (highly recommended).

Exchange would be the perfect solution to this, but you have to consider the expense. Although hosted exchange is getting alot cheaper.

IMAP would allow you to do this, to a certain extent.
