Question Anonymity gurus: What would be the best way to achieve this?

What I would like to do is:

--> TO HAVE VARIOUS ONLINE IDENTITIES

The Effect I'm looking For Would Be Like:

--> Using another computer at another place

That means I want to have different:

--> IPs, Browsers, O/Ss, Cookies, etc

    So that:

--> When I sign up for any website's service I will be able to use fake
online identities while signing up once, or more.

    What I'm not looking for:

--> I don't want a software like anonymizer which hides your IP but is
basically shouting unwanted attention because whoever looks at their
logs will see clearly I'm using it.

--> I don't want a software that provides anonymity services by giving
you a single IP for all its users so that they can blend into the
"crowd". It's like giving a bunch of people shades, a wig, fake
moustache and a raincoat. They might blend within their group but would
stand up like a sore thumb on the street.

--> I don't want a software that gives anonymity by hiding referrers,
    cookies, etc.

--> I'm not looking for great speed or high download allowance. It's
    not for P2P.

--> I'm not looking to do anything illegal so I'm not worried about my
ISP logging my internet activities, or any hacker who has nothing
better to do but sniffing my traffic.

    What is important:

--> To be able to keep anonymity without attracting attention through
https connections while keeping the cookies and referral url so that I
can sign up or log into my account.
--> It would be great to choose one IP and its related cookie info per
identity. If not a dynamic IP solution is ok.

    Other comments:

I tried to be as concised as possible but basically I just want to seem
I'm surfing with different computers at different places without
actually having to buy a new computer and a new internet connection.

What would you anonymity guru do?

One would have to wonder why you would want to.

Why would you want to do that?

I don't think this should be encouraged... sure there's legitimate uses for it, but it's just going to be used by hackers.

Posting in forums is the least of my worries. Besides it wouldn't work in WHT. But I won't take your comment personally. Can't wait to go back to Melbourne!

I knew surely someone would ask. Clearly this is not the forum to post this. If you want to know and have some free time go to the Electronic Frontier Foundation - Defending Freedom in the Digital World. You could start in the privacy section. And if for some remote reason you still can't think of why I want to do this or if anyone thinks is for some evil deed then I can give you a list in point form.

Get the same free proxy software that proxy sites use (cgi-proxy and php-proxy) and install them on different cheap and free hosting accounts. Just use it for yourself.

Something like Relakks might be what you're looking for. It's basically VPN access that tunnels all of your connections through a Swedish server. You don't share the same IP with *all* customers, but it's far from an IP unique to you.

Rent 4 or 5 VPS and install squid on each. You can fake anything with a proper configuration.
